Edition: One of 150 copies printed on Japan paper; early copy of the second edition without the names of Amsler & Ruthhardt as publishers. (The first edition, which this is not, consists of only five copies and has no title page). Oblong large folio with original full brown morocco gilt design on front cover. Published Leipzig: Selbstverlag, 1894.
